1. Business and website
These Terms and Conditions govern the Holytime website at https://holytime.dev/ and its digital products. Holytime is the sole proprietor brand used for this digital product store.
2. Products and deliverables
Holytime sells digital learning resource packs. Purchases may include PDF guides, worksheets, templates, planners, checklists, study materials, progress trackers and related digital files. No physical product is shipped.
3. Pricing and checkout
Product prices are displayed on the product and pricing sections of the website before checkout. You are responsible for reviewing the product, price and delivery email before completing payment.
4. Payment processing
Payments are processed through the GG | Bnk protected payment widget. Holytime does not receive or store full card numbers, security codes or online-banking credentials.
5. Digital delivery
Digital access is provided by email after GG | Bnk confirms a successful payment through a signed server notification. If delivery does not arrive, contact support with your checkout email and order reference.
6. Refunds
Refund requests may be submitted within 14 days of purchase and are reviewed according to our Refund Policy. Digital product refunds may be refused when files have already been accessed, downloaded, substantially used, abused, resold, shared or duplicated.
7. Personal use license
Products are licensed for personal use only. You may not resell, redistribute, upload, publicly share, copy for resale or make purchased files available to third parties.
8. Educational information only
Our materials are provided for general educational and informational purposes. They are not professional, financial, legal, tax, investment, medical or business advice.
9. Intellectual property
All website content, product files, text, designs, product names and digital materials are owned by Holytime or its licensors unless stated otherwise.
